Service Description
This powerful and versatile 2023 New Holland skid steer is available for rent and ready to tackle your toughest projects. It is ideal for a range of uses, from landscaping and construction site preparation to snow removal and material handling. This machine's compact size and maneuverability make it perfect for working in tight spaces where larger equipment won't fit. Rental details Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit of $1,200 is required for all rentals. The deposit will be returned upon the equipment's return in good condition, allowing for normal wear and tear. Proof of Insurance: Renters must provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) that names our company as an additional insured party. This verifies you have adequate liability and physical damage coverage. Damage Waiver Option: If you do not have sufficient coverage, you can purchase our damage waiver for $450. This optional waiver provides limited protection, but does not cover loss, theft, or major negligence. Delivery Service: Delivery and pickup can be arranged for your convenience for $150 each way. Versatile capabilities with attachments The functionality of this skid steer is maximized by our selection of available attachments, allowing you to quickly switch tools to match the job. Bucket: The standard attachment for scooping, digging, and moving soil, gravel, and other loose materials. Cancellation Policy
**1. TERMS OF RENTAL:** - The renter agrees to pay for the rental fee as specified above. - The equipment will be picked up on the rental start date and returned on the end date listed. **2. DAMAGE AND INSURANCE:** - The renter is responsible for any damage incurred to the equipment during the rental period. - The renter agrees to pay for all repair costs due to damage, loss, or theft of the equipment. - Renter is encouraged to secure rental insurance for the rental period. **3. INDEMNIFICATION:** - The renter agrees to indemnify and hold harmless CNC Design & Construction from any and all claims, damages, or expenses incurred as a result of the use of the rented equipment. **4. RETURN OF EQUIPMENT:** - Renter agrees to return the equipment in its original condition, normal wear and tear excepted. - A walkthrough inspection will be conducted upon return. **5. CANCELLATION POLICY:** - Cancellations made 48 hours prior to the rental date will receive a full refund. - Cancellations made less than 48 hours may incur a cancellation fee. **WAIVER OF LIABILITY** **1. ASSUMPTION OF RISK:** The renter acknowledges that renting and operating the skid steer involves risks that may result in physical injury or property damage. The renter accepts all risks, including but not limited to, injuries to self and others, and damage to property. **2. WAIVER:** In consideration of being allowed to rent and use the skid steer, the renter hereby waives any and all claims against CNC Design & Construction, its employees, agents, and representatives for any injury or damage resulting from the rental and use of the equipment. **3. GOVERNING LAW:** This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of [Your State]. **4. ENTIRE AGREEMENT:** This rental agreement and waiver constitute the entire agreement between the parties regarding the subject matter herein and supersede all prior agreements, whether written or oral.
